This policy explains how Applied Pressure Basketball (APB), led by Anthony “Coach Coop” Cooper in Nashville, Tennessee, handles information through appliedpressurebasketball.com, training inquiries, and linked booking services.

Information you provide

Our evaluation and development-package inquiry forms ask for a contact name, player name, email address, mobile number, player age, training goals, and availability. The evaluation form also asks for the player’s position and optionally their school or team. We also receive information you choose to include in emails, texts, and other communications with APB.

Please provide only information relevant to training and scheduling. Do not enter payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, detailed medical records, or other sensitive information in inquiry forms, emails, or texts.

How inquiry forms work

Our evaluation and package inquiry forms submit directly to Formspree when you press Submit. Formspree processes the information to deliver notifications to APB and may store submission records and technical information for delivery and spam prevention. APB receives and uses your inquiry to respond and coordinate training. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.

A success message means the submission service accepted your request; it does not confirm a training appointment. Email delivery and provider retention depend on service settings. You may also contact APB directly by email or text. Merely visiting this website can generate technical information described below.

How APB uses information

• Respond to evaluation requests and package inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, availability, reminders, and changes.
• Understand an athlete’s goals and provide relevant training guidance and follow-up.
• Maintain service, communication, and transaction records and address questions or disputes.

The consent requested in our inquiry forms concerns responses and scheduling related to your inquiry. It is not a sign-up for unrelated promotional text campaigns. You can ask APB to stop contacting you through a particular channel; an alternative contact method may be needed to coordinate training.

Setmore bookings and payments

The booking section embeds APB’s Setmore booking page and offers a direct link to it. Setmore handles information entered in its booking flow, which may include contact details, service selections, appointments, and responses to booking questions. APB can access booking information made available through its Setmore account.

If online payment is offered, the payment provider identified at checkout handles the payment details. Our APB inquiry forms do not collect card numbers. Review the provider’s disclosures before paying. Where Stripe is used, its processing is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Setmore’s data handling, cookies, and integrations are described in the Setmore Privacy Policy. These services have their own policies in addition to this APB policy.

Technical information and cookies

The services delivering this website may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and request times to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. APB’s current page code does not add its own advertising pixel, analytics script, or first-party cookie storage.

The embedded Setmore page can load third-party services and may process technical information or use cookies and similar technologies under Setmore’s policies. Its behavior is separate from APB’s page code. Browser privacy and cookie controls can limit some of this activity, but may affect booking functionality. You may contact APB by phone or email if you prefer not to use the embedded booking service.

Sharing information

Information is handled by the services used to deliver the site, process form submissions through Formspree, receive email and text messages, manage bookings, and process any online payments. Those providers may process information under their own policies. APB may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to address a dispute, protect safety, or protect legal rights. Additional uses, such as publishing an identifiable athlete’s photo or testimonial, require separate permission rather than the scheduling consent on these forms.

Children and parent/guardian requests

APB trains athletes of different ages, but online inquiries and bookings for athletes under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian using the adult’s contact details. Children under 13 should not submit personal information themselves through this site or its booking service. Parents may provide information about their athlete for training purposes.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted information directly, contact APB so we can review the situation and arrange appropriate deletion, including a request to the relevant service provider where necessary.

Retention and security

Information sent to APB can remain in email, messaging, booking, and transaction records. Retention depends on the service relationship, the providers used, and recordkeeping or legal needs; this website does not set an automatic deletion period for those records. Ask APB about the records associated with your inquiry or booking or request their deletion using the contact details below. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, tax, transaction, or dispute purposes, and provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.

This website uses HTTPS. Email and standard text messaging are not appropriate channels for sensitive information, and no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form and contact APB directly instead. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided to APB, or ask us to stop follow-up communications. We may need to confirm your identity or authority to act for an athlete before handling a request. Requests concerning information independently held by Setmore or a payment provider may also need to be directed to that provider. Any rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain in effect.
